Sign up for newsletters

Sign up for newsletters for companies to get coupons. Not every newsletter you receive from a company will contain coupons, they usually rotate them but you can get some valuable coupons for signing up for newsletters. Always check to see if the stores you shop have newsletters, because they usually will send coupons and also check any manufacturers websites for products you regularly use to sign up for newsletters. Here are some companies to sign up for:

http://www.foodlion.com/ (even if you don't have a Foodlion grocery store in your area, you can use these coupons at stores that will accept competitors coupons (Publix if one of them.)

http://www.cvs.com/ This is a must if you shop at CVS. You will get valuable coupons often like $3/$15 and so forth. Also when you link your CVS card to the website you will get Extra Value Bucks quarterly according to what you spend.

http://www.walgreens.com/ You will get coupons like you get a CVS, such as $5/$30.

http://www.pilsbury.com/ You get sent good recipes and coupons.

http://www.unclebens.com/ Coupons for Uncle Ben's rice

http://www.crest.com/ crest products

http://www.juicyjuice.com/ juice coupons and other offers for little ones
